We offer Free Shipping to all of Europe (orders above €100) and UK (orders above £100), with a few exceptions. We ship using FedEx or USPS (and sometimes a few other partner carriers).

Pods (Ice Pod or Long Pod): If you are unhappy with your Pod for any reason, you have 30(!) days to return it for a full refund. Note: The product needs to be in unused condition, see our return policy for more details. You can take the Pod out of the box and check the size / quality with an option to exchange it for a different Pod provided you don't fill it with water.
Pod Chiller: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for our Pod Chiller. To be eligible for a return for The Pod Chiller, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.
Sauna Pod: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for our Sauna Pod. To be eligible for a return for The Sauna Pod, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can set it up but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.
After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost, we do not however charge a restocking fee.

I keep 6 in the freezer and 6 in the pod at all times. Pro tip - do not put next to frozen food, they are large enough to melt your popsicles! I keep them in the top drawer and the food below.
These ice bricks are great. Easy to reuse. Don't take up much space. Cools the water down quick.
Ice bricks work well to maintain a cold temperature, but I still regularly add ice to get the water down to the temperature I like.

Everyone loves the ice pod!! My ice pod is awesome. We live in Pa so not sure about the winter with it but I will be inquiring with the company about care etc. The ice bricks are great. I had 2 get a hole in them...dont overfill....and the company replaced no questions asked. I have all.the accessories besides the chiller and water fan...its fun and anxiety is less

These save a lot of money from having to buy ice constantly. It's great that they are reusable. Just pop them back in the freezer when the ice melts and you're good to go.
Been plunging since June. We purchased about 9 ice bricks and it gets our water down to around 70-64 degrees after about 30 minutes. We live in Northern California where our average temperature is in the 80s and our water goes down to about 70 -72 degrees from the night before. Started plunging before sunrise to get my day started right before heading to work.
